The Alloy Wheel Repair Mobile truck is a fully equipped mobile solution for repairing alloy wheels, providing unmatched flexibility and convenience. It is specifically designed as an on-the-go workshop, allowing technicians to perform high-quality repairs directly on-site. This approach reduces downtime and enhances efficiency.
Our 18-foot mobile wheel repair unit (available in either a truck or trailer) is fully equipped with the tools and our State-of-The-Art Diamond Cut Repair Machine to repair all types of alloy wheels, including diamond-cut wheels with the tire on or off. It features two separate rooms: a prep room, which includes a two-wheel bench with an exhaust system, and a paint room, also equipped with a two-wheel bench and an exhaust stack.
Our engineering includes the proper generator and compressor to deliver the necessary electrical power and compressed airflow.
Technicians can work comfortably in various weather conditions with RV-style AC units equipped with heat pumps, and additional heating options are available for those operating in extremely cold climates.

POWDER COATING ALTERNATIVE
Our Wheel Color It™ “Powder Lock Coatings” enable our operators to achieve the same look, feel, & performance as traditional powder coating. This rich, high-gloss, and durable finish has been tested for hardness that rivals that of conventional powder coatings. With this coating, our network can offer same-day service to customers, eliminating the usual 1- to 3-day wait for wheel remanufacturing associated with powder coating.
Additionally, the DTM system is a more environmentally friendly alternative to powder coating. It requires curing at just 140°F using standard body shop infrared lamps, making it a more energy efficient process compared to powder coating, which needs ovens heated to 400°F and multiple passes through the oven. This not only saves time but also reduces energy consumption, allowing for same-day service.
