How It Works
The Spray & Cure Booth is designed to spray and cure up to two alloy wheels at a time. Its compact design also makes it suitable for painting and curing small components, machine parts, and other refinishing items.
Using the electric wheel stand, technicians can easily adjust each wheel to the preferred painting angle. The nylon rollers allow the wheels to move smoothly, helping achieve even coating coverage during the spray process.
During spraying, the automatic fans pull overspray down into the filtration system located below the painted parts. The booth also includes a safety overrun feature to help clear spray from the air after application.
Once the wheels or parts are painted, the easy-to-use PLC controls allow technicians to program the 1,000W infrared lamps for the curing cycle. To help protect the freshly painted surface, the booth includes a pull-down shutter that reduces exposure to dust and contaminants while also helping create a warmer curing environment for faster drying.
