The only wheel straightening process accepted as safe by the Society of Automotive Engineers

Wheel Straightener
Basic Dual Axis Wheel Straightening System
This patented wheel straightening device enables the user to apply repair pressure on the bend site from either a single axis or simultaneously from a second axis.
Pressure can be applied at varying angles and can even be adjusted to a secondary plane. This dual axis “massaging” action actually relieves the strain in the damaged area. Recent scientific testing was conducted by Independent Test Services, a world renowned wheel safety laboratory. This research revealed that driving on a bent wheel will eventually result in a crack at the bend site. Additional testing also proved that a wheel straightened with the patented NewArc™ process will actually prevent the cracking.
Patented Technology
Our patented multi-axis system offers a gentler approach to wheel straightening, designed to reduce stress and minimize the risk of future cracking.
Proven Effective
After rigorous independent testing, our wheel straightening technology became the first to exceed all SAE standards for safety and effectiveness.
Simple to Operate
After only a few hours with our complete training guide, anyone can learn how to straighten a wheel quickly and accurately.
Built for Mobility
Our compact design makes the Wheel straightener machine portable enough to move easily, even in the smallest shops. Floor space is no problem because the unit can easily be stowed away in an out-of-the-way location until needed.
Since it requires no external power, the machine can be operated in a standard-sized mobile wheel repair trailer or a box truck, making it an ideal solution for mobile wheel straightening.

Over the past 25 years there has been a huge increase for wheel repair. Initially, those capable of repair were skilled and knowledgeable. But with the demand came those who are not only uninformed they are dangerous. For examples of Bad Repair Practices: Click Here
Even if there is no apparent air lost from the tire on a bent wheel, the metal in the damaged area is strained and will eventually crack with continued use. Once a tiny crack appears, air loss in the tire will result and this could become a dangerous condition if left unattended. The National Highway Traffic Safety Administration reports that the most common cause of catastrophic blowouts come from low tire pressure.
Most significantly, the Dual-Axis method reduces the need for sustained heat. The application of heat is the most critical aspect of wheel straightening, and the SAE has very strict guidelines in that regard. Heating the damaged area makes the metal more malleable and less likely to crack during the straightening process. But if too much heat is used, the wheel can be damaged to the point where it is seriously unsafe. When straightening a wheel, the least amount of heat possible should always be used. Because dual-axis pressure spreads the forces over a wider area creating a gentle massaging effect, minimal heat is required. No other machine can relieve the strain in this manner.
There are several specific benefits that come with adding proper wheel straightening to your line of professional repairs. For a brief explanation of these benefits, learn more about the advantages of proper wheel straightening.
